Tarneit Taxi Service

Local travel, city trips and work journeys

A trip to an appointment needs different planning from an airport departure. Tell us the purpose of your journey and any arrival deadline when requesting a Tarneit taxi, so the booking team has the details needed to discuss your pickup.

Appointments, shopping and visits

Request transport from your Tarneit address to appointments, shops or a social visit. If you need a return journey, include the collection address and preferred time in the same enquiry. For shopping-centre pickups, name the entrance where you will wait rather than giving only the centre name.

Melbourne city and business travel

For a trip into Melbourne, see our city taxi services. Include the destination building and street entrance if you are attending a meeting or event. Our corporate taxi service information covers business travel enquiries.

Pickup details for Tarneit locations

Use a precise address and a clearly agreed meeting point. The following local places can help identify your journey, but your booking should include the actual entrance or collection location.

Tarneit Station

If your trip starts at Tarneit Station, include your expected arrival time and agree where to meet before travelling. Tell the team which exit you intend to use. Wait at the agreed location and keep your contact phone available; do not assume a driver can collect you from a bus bay or restricted area.

Tarneit Community Learning Centre

The Tarneit Community Learning Centre is at 150 Sunset Views Boulevard. For a pickup after a class, library visit or community activity, include the centre name, address and the entrance where you will be waiting.

Dianella Community Centre

Wyndham City lists Dianella Community Centre at 6 Congo Drive in Tarneit West. Use that full venue address when enquiring, and explain your meeting point if your activity finishes at a different entrance.

Residential pickups

For a home pickup, provide the street number, street name and unit number where relevant. Add instructions for a shared driveway, gated access or an entrance on another street. A nearby landmark helps with orientation but does not replace your address.

Tarneit to Melbourne Airport taxi transfers

Arrange travel between Tarneit and Melbourne Airport (Tullamarine) through our airport transfer service. Send your flight number, travel date, pickup address, passenger count and luggage details with your enquiry.

Departing from Tarneit

Include your flight departure time and any airline check-in requirements. Discuss a pickup time that allows for the road journey, baggage drop and security. Travel conditions and your exact starting address affect planning, so request guidance for your trip instead of relying on a fixed journey duration.

Returning from the airport

Provide the arrival flight number and your Tarneit destination. Confirm the airport meeting point and collection instructions with the booking team. If you need both journeys, include the outbound and return details together.

What to include in your booking request

1. Journey: pickup address, destination and any planned stops.
2. Timing: travel date, preferred pickup time and any required arrival time.
3. Passengers: number of travellers, luggage and any specific transport requirements.
4. Contact: a phone number and flight details for an airport transfer.

Use the message field on our booking enquiry form to send these details. An enquiry is a request; confirm availability, the fare and pickup arrangements with the team before travelling.
